Accepted Payment Method — PayPal

With PayPal, eligible customers can pay through their PayPal accounts and use other available payment options where supported.

Benefits of PayPal include:

  • Convenient Checkout: Complete your payment through PayPal's payment platform.
  • Payment Security: PayPal uses security measures designed to help protect payment information and transactions.
  • Privacy Protection: Your payment details are handled by PayPal in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable terms.
  • Transaction Records: Review eligible payments through your PayPal account.
  • Buyer Protection: Eligible purchases may qualify for PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

Available payment options and protection features may vary by region and transaction type.

Payment Security

At Kcoje, protecting our customers' payment information is an important priority.

When you pay through PayPal, your transaction is processed through PayPal's payment system and is subject to its security procedures and policies.

To help protect yourself when shopping online, we recommend that you:

  • Use official payment channels and a secure internet connection.
  • Verify your payment details before completing a transaction.
  • Keep your PayPal password confidential.
  • Never share passwords or sensitive payment information through email or messages.
  • Contact PayPal promptly if you notice suspicious or unauthorized activity.

Although security measures can help reduce risks, no online payment system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage customers to follow safe payment practices at all times.

Payment Confirmation and Issues

After completing your payment, please allow time for the transaction status and order details to update.

If your payment is pending or unsuccessful, check your PayPal account for notifications or instructions. If your payment appears successful but you haven't received an order confirmation, contact us before placing another order to avoid duplicate purchases.

For payment-related order inquiries, email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please do not include your password or full payment card details.

Refunds and Payment Privacy

If you need to request a refund or have questions about a payment, please get in touch with our customer service team and refer to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method where supported. Processing times may vary depending on PayPal and the relevant financial institution.

Kcoje handles customer information in accordance with its applicable privacy practices. Payment information processed through PayPal is subject to PayPal's own privacy policy and terms.

For more information, please review our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
